Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects were informed and fully willing to cooperate with the study; 2. Age between 16 and 60 years and an ASA score of II-III; 3. Body weight > 50 kg and body mass index between 18 and 24 kg/m2; 4. CPB with an estimated duration of at least two hours; 5. Preoperative hemoglobin: male Hb> 120g / L, female Hb> 110g / l, preoperative hematocrit: Hct> 0.35; and no red blood cell drugs such as iron and erythropoietin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection; 2. Pre-operative platelet counting < 150 x 10^9, platelet insufficiency, or coagulopathy; 3. Hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4. Hypoproteinemia (total protein < 60 g); 5. Allergic reaction to anesthetic drugs; 6. Women who are pregnant or lactating.
