Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria for the sick group: 1. Age 18-45 years old; male to female ratio is controlled at about 1: 1; 2. Patients with unipolar and biphasic depression diagnosed in accordance with ICD-10; 3. 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score >= 17 points; 4. The patient or guardian has informed consent and is willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the sick group: 1. With depression secondary to cerebral organic disease or use of psychoactive substances; 2. Accompanied by severe physical diseases (cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, etc.), pituitary tumors, diabetes, autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid disease, thyroid disease, etc.); 3. Peoples who have received immunosuppressive inhibitors, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics and hormone treatment in the past month; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Women who have ovarian-related diseases (such as ovarian tumors and cysts).
