Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients are those scheduled for an elective unilateral,primary tricompartment TKA in Shantou Central Hospital from April 2020 to September 2021, who are 18-65 years old, and American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetic and opioid drugs; 2. Daily intake of opioids; 3. History of phychosis; 4. Cardiac insufficiency; Bradycardia and heart block; Respiratory failure, renal failure; active liver disease; 5. Taboo of reginal anesthesia; 6. Surgery history of the diseased limb; 7. Patients cannot cooperate and not willing to participate in research.
