18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who signed the informed consent; 2. aged 18-80 years; 3. ASA grade II~III; 4. intending to undergo knee replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to the medicine of the study; 2. Contraindication (local anesthetic allergy, around puncture infection and blood coagulation disorder); 3. has a history of Analgesic dependence; 4. patients with dementia or severe cognitive dysfunction within 3 months; 5. any heart cerebrovascular accident occurred, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), cardiac insufficiency, etc.; 6. any communication difficulty; 7. severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
