Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male, aged 20 to 50 years; 2) Primary alopecia with a course of more than one year, which accords with the diagnosis of androgen alopecia; 3) Males were classified as M2 and M3 or C2 and C3 according to basic and specific (BASP) classification in androgenic alopecia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Any of the following items were accorded with: local treatment of androgenic alopecia in 6 months ago; systemic treatment of androgenic alopecia in 1 year ago; or autologous hair transplantation in the past. 2) Alopecia caused by other factors or other diseases. 3) The patients had abnormal platelet count or other blood routine examination results, abnormal coagulation function, abnormal liver and kidney function, and abnormal blood lipid level. 4) The injection area is unsuitable for injection and has the risk of infection.
