18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Approved by the medical ethics committee of the hospital and the patients informed consent; 2. Choose 80 Patients to be intubated under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. Grade ASA1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. OSAS; 2. Difficult airway (Difficult intubation history, incisor tooth spacing less than 3cm, armour spacing less than 6cm, restricted head and neck movements, thick neck, Mallampati grade 3-4, facial deformity); 3. Anemia; 4. Obesity (BMI index greater than 27); 5. Other important organ dysfunction.
