Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The size of gallbladder is basically normal, the thickness of gallbladderwall is not more than 5 mm; 2. the function of gallbladder is normal; 3. No stone obstruction of cystic duct; 4. No more than 10 gallstones; 5. No acute attack of cholecystitis in the near future; 6. The patient has a clear requirement for gallbladder preservation and fully understands the possibility of stone recurrence; 7. Aged 18-65 years, no severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and hepatorenal insufficiency, no history of taking anticoagulant drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cholecystitis; 2. Gallbladder full of stones; 3. Gallbladder separation; 4. Atrophy of gallbladder; 5. Cholelithiasis or acute pancreatitis; 6. Suspected malignant tumor of gallbladder; 7. History of subtotal gastrectomy; 8. Serious diabetes mellitus; 9. Lactation or pregnancy.
