16 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged between 16 and 64 years, owing a mobile phone (2)Agreed to receive arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff (3)Diagnosed as small to medium full-thickness rotator cuff tear(less than 3cm), with imaging support (4)Living at least 100 km or a 2 hours drive away from the hospitals (5)Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosed as tuberculosis, shoulder joint infection and tumor patients. (2)Those who accepted rotator cuff repair or other major shoulder joint surgeries before this trial. (3)Patients with large or massive rotator cuff tear(more than 3cm) or other shoulder joint injury as SLAP injuryBankart injury. (4)Patients with shoulder duskinesia. (5)Those who could not complete the rehabilitation exercise because of mental retardation or other reasons.
