Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It was confirmed as nvaf by cardiac ultrasound and electrocardiogram; 2. Anticoagulant therapy was required by chads2-vasc score; 3. implantation of drug-eluting stents (DES).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (CrCl < 30ml/min; 2. clinically significant active bleeding or diseases with significant bleeding risk; 3. combined use of cyclosporin, systemic ketoconazole, itraconazole, tacromeus and creedalon;Antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulant drugs contraindicated, such as thrombocytopenia, severe bleeding; 4. allergic to drugs; 5. Poor compliance, INR and other observation indicators can not be regularly followed up as prescribed by the doctor.
