65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA grade I - III; 4. Patients who plan to undergo major abdominal surgery (operation time> 1.5hours).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia or severe cognitive dysfunction unstable mental state or concomitant mental illness; 2. Those who receive psychotherapy and abuse narcotic sedative and analgesic drugs; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of delirium or previous history of delirium; 4. Patients who have received anesthesia or operation in the past 6 months; 5. Patients who have any factors affecting cognitive assessment such as severe infections of speech, visual and hearing disorders; 6. Patients who need to undergo surgery again within 5 days after operation; 7. Any cerebrovascular accident such as stroke within 3 months, Transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc.; 8. Those who are contraindicated in the use of sevoflurane.
