Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with depression who were hospitalized at the Fourth People's Hospital of Hefei from February 2018 to February 2019 were included as follows: (1) aged 18 to 60 years old; (2) no immediate family members with schizophrenia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Urethral calculi; (2) Vitamin D has been taken six months before; (3) Osteoporosis or fracture; (4) Dementia.
