Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the subjects are more than 18 years old and less than 75 years old. 2. Diagnostic criteria for patients with AKI (KDIGO AKI definition in 2012): one of the following: (1) Scr increased more than 26.5 umol/L within 48 hours; (2) Scr increased more than 1.5 times the baseline - confirmed or speculated to occur within 7 days; (3) Urine volume < 0.5 ml/(kg.h), and lasted more than 6 hours. Obstructive nephropathy or dehydration were excluded. 3. The patients voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) above stage 4 or had received dialysis before AKI occurred; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Patients with extreme outliers of serum sodium,which means that the serum sodium is less than 113.0mmol/l, or the serum sodium is more than 170.0mmol/l.
