Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with acute herpes zoster and rash time = 4; 3) The lesion was located in T2-10 innervation area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Local coexistence of herpes zoster neuralgia due to low tumor immunity; 2) Severe coagulopathy; 3) Severe heart,lung,liver and kidney dysfunction; 4) In addition to herpes zoster combined with other cause of pain; 5) Long-term insomnia before suffering from herpes zoster neuralgia or taking indolent medication for insomnia during the observation period; 6) During the observation period (6 months), in addition to the medication according to this research plan, take other analgesics (including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, opioids); 7) During the observation period, other treatments were used to treat herpes zoster neuralgia; 8) Suffering from depression or taking antidepressants for a long time; 9) Cognitive dysfunction; 10) Long history of diabetes and poor blood glucose control; 11) Pregnant and lactating patients
