Case series:radiation therapy + xeloda + platinum (cisplatin or nedaplatin) +ENDOSTAR

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed as locally advanced esophageal cancer at the first diagnosis or only locally failed esophageal cancer after radical treatment; (2) aged >=18 years; (3) KPS score >=80 points; (4) sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) esophageal cancer with local recurrence within 10 months after radical radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy; (2) metastases disease; (3) newly diagnosed esophageal perforation; (4) still receiving drug treatment before enrollment; (5) the general condition is too poor to tolerate concurrent chemoradiotherapy; (6) with serious complications such as uncontrolled infection or severe cardiovascular disease.
