Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the definition of STEMI in 2015 China's guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. STEMI was defined by the classic symptoms of myocardial ischemia for at least 30 minutes, and serial changes on electrocardiogram: the detection of a >= 0.1 mV ST-segment elevation in the inferior leads or a >= 0.2 mV ST-segment elevation in the anterior chest leads occurring in two or more contiguous leads, or the presence of a new (or presumably new) left bundle branch block. 2. The time from attack to operation is within 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of myocardial infarction, PCI, coronary artery bypass grafting, stroke or severe peripheral vascular disease; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction or with a history of contrast medium injection in the past 2 weeks; 3. Patients with preoperative hemodynamic instability, or had cardiopulmonary resuscitation or received thrombolysis; 4. Severe left main disease, target vessel diameter < 2.5mm, or more than one intervention vessel; 5. Special lesion not suitable for PCI or TA, as judged by the treating cardiologist; 6. With history of trauma or an infection within 2 weeks from presentation, or a chronic inflammatory disorder (collagen tissue diseases and inflammatory intestinal diseases); 7. Those who died within 72 hours after operation without evaluation of CIN.
