Group 1:Androgen deprivation therapy

Group 2:Androgen deprivation therapy plus prostate cryosurgery

Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prostate cancer diagnosed by transperiaeum prostate needle biopsy under transrectal ultrasound guidance; 2. Bone metastases detected by nuclide bone scan; 3. Circulation tumor cell is positive: >= 2 cells in 5ml blood; 4. Prostate volume <= 50ml; 5. The Clinical T stage <= cT3b.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompany with other serious diseases endangering life within one year; 2. Visceral metastases; 3. Received local treatment, including radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy.
