Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 16 and 50 years; 2. no history of gynecological diseases before; 3. willing to join this research and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy or lactation; 2. history of psychiatric disorders(serious anxiety and depression,schizophrenia); 3. take sedatives in the past week.
