control group:Neostigmine 40 ug/kg was injected intravenously with atropine 20 ug/kg.

18 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who are going to undergo thyroidectomy, such as total thyroidectomy, subtotal thyroidectomy, etc.; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA 1-3 grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with serious cardiopulmonary disease; 2. patients with liver and kidney failure; 3. patients with cerebrovascular diseases; 4. allergic to Sugammadex, Rocur-Ononium, or Neostigmine; 5. predicting difficult airway patients; 6. failure to cooperate with TOF; 7. patients with speech disorders.
