Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASD group with exercise regularly: Aged 4-24 years ; (1) ASD diagnosis is diagnosed by a top three hospital or an authoritative psychologist; (2) Intelligence >= 50; (3) CARS score 30 points; (4) Have a continuous running habit for more than 1 year, frequency: >=2-3 times / week, once per >=40 min. 2. ASD group without exercise regularly: Aged 4-24 years. (1) ASD was diagnosed by a tertiary hospital or an authoritative psychologist; (2) Intelligence >=50; (3) CARS score >=30 points; (4) No long-term exercise habits, frequency: = 40min. 3. Healthy people without exercise habits Number: 30 people Age: 4-24 years old (1) No long-term exercise habits, frequency: = 40min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Muscle / arterial vasospasm; 2. Other mental illness (eg epilepsy); 3. Cardiac dysfunction (such as aortic stenosis, arrhythmia, etc.); 4. Medications within a week; 5. Those with a long history of smoking; 6. Can't cooperate to complete the experimental measurement 7.with exercise contraindication.
