Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject was diagnosed as kidney stones or upper ureteral stones according to ultrasound or CT scan of urinary system in our hospital. 2. PCNL lithotripsy is proposed for the patient, with definite indications and no absolute contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative assessment of surgical risk, anaesthesia risk, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident, tolerance to PCNL lithotripsy.
