experimental group:adjusted the target concentration of remifentanil according to the change of analgesic / anti injury index.
control group:adjusted the target concentration of remifentanil according to the change of hemodynamics.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 65 years old, ASA grade II~ III, body mass index (BMI): 18 ~ 30kg / m2, the first time to perform selective lumbar fusion under intravenous general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose >= 7.0mmol/l); 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with previous history of mental illness and dementia who could not cooperate with the trial.
