Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients with POEMS syndrome (except for solitary plasmacytoma) meet the diagnostic criteria for POEMS syndrome; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. ECOG score: 0-3 points, with an estimated survival time of more than 3 months; 4. Capable of swallowing and oral administration; 5. Subjects must complete all screening and assessments listed in all trial protocols; 6. The informed consent form of chemotherapy has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received anti-POEMS syndrome treatment, including radiotherapy and surgery; 2. Used lenalidomide, thalidomide, melphalan, bortezomib within 6 months, Recrived oral or intravenous steroids within 4 weeks; 3. HIV positive, or active patients with hepatitis A, B, C infection; or hepatitis B virus DNA copy number> 10^4; 4. Allergic to borate and cyclophosphamide; 5. Severe organic damage to main organs, specifically: creatinine clearance 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; AST and ALT> 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value; myocardial enzymes> 2 times the upper limit of normal value Or ECHO to measure cardiac ejection fraction <60%; 6. With severe infectious diseases (uncured tuberculosis, pulmonary aspergillosis, etc.); 7. Severe hemogram abnormalities, specifically the absolute value of neutrophils <1x10^9/L, or hemoglobin <7g/L, or platelets <75x10^9/L; 8. Epilepsy, dementia, and other mental disorders that require medical treatment,patients cannot understand or follow the research protocol; 9. Researchers do not consider it suitable for enrollment.
