Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal control: 1. Subjects with no obvious subjective symptoms, no history of cardiovascular disease, no obvious positive findings on physical examination; 2. Agree to participate in the research and to provide written informed consent and confidentiality agreement. Patient or potential patient: 1. With clinical signs or symptoms in the outpatient or inpatient department of West China Hospital suggesting potential coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (coronary heart disease, CAD); 2. Agree to participate in the research project and sign an informed consent and and confidentiality agreement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to treadmill exercise tests or factors that affect safety, such as: acute myocardial infarction (within 2 days); untreated stable acute coronary syndrome; uncontrolled severe arrhythmia or high-grade AV block; Uncontrolled heart failure; acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; aortic dissection; known left main coronary artery stenosis; severe aortic valve stenosis; hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; severe hypertension; severe water-electrolyte disorder; others factors that physician determined as "not suitable for treadmill test". 2. Factors that may significantly affect the results of the experiment, such as: taking drugs that may affect the results of the experiment, such as digitalis, etc .; low exercise tolerance with incompatibility with the exercise test; clinically diagnosed active myocarditis, pericarditis, electrolyte abnormalities, etc.; 3. Factors that interfer with the examination and measurement, such as: physical disabilities, mental disorders , etc..
