Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years male or female; 2. those who plan to take antiplatelet drugs; 3. those who agree to undergo capsule endoscopy before and after treatment; 4. those who have negative 13C-Hp breath test; 5. Those who have not taken other drugs that can cause stomach upset; 6. Have the ability to give informed consent, can adhere to the visit plan of this study, and can complete all study evaluations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for capsule endoscopy (patients with suspected digestive tract stenosis, patients with a history of abdominal surgery); 2. Patients who refuse to undergo Helicobacter pylori-related examination and treatment; 3. Peptic ulcer, digestion Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and other digestive diseases; 4. Patients with acute cerebrovascular disease, acute myocardial infarction, trauma, infection, suspected or confirmed diseases such as malignant tumors and hematological disorders; 5. taken within 4 weeks PPI, H2RA, antibiotics or gastric mucosal protective agents; 6. those who are treated with drugs such as glucocorticoids, warfarin, heparin; 7. severe liver and kidney damage, blood, endocrine and other diseases; 8. pregnant women And pregnant or lactating women; 9. those with mental illness or severe neurosis, who cannot express subjective symptoms, who do not follow the doctor's advice during treatment, and who cannot guarantee that the medication is completed as required during the trial; 10. those who refuse or cannot accept.
