Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis and treatment plan of pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus of the National Health Commission (Fifth Edition) Hubei Province Diagnostic criteria: including clinical diagnosis and etiological diagnosis; 2. Obtain the informed consent signed by the patient or the legally authorized agent of the patient.
