Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: LADA inclusion criteria: (1) it conforms to the WHO diabetes diagnosis and treatment standard in 1999. (2) age at diagnosis of diabetes: 18; (3) do not rely on insulin for at least half a year after the diagnosis of diabetes; (4) positive for GADA protein tyrosine phosphatase 2 autoantibody (ia-2a) and zinc transporter 8 autoantibody (ZnT8A); (5) 18-70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute or chronic inflammatory diseases or infectious diseases, or who are receiving probiotic antibiotics or probiotics or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiome 3 months before inclusion (2) patients with persistent vomiting or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction; (3) surgical operations of the digestive system, such as gastrectomy, fundus folding, and colostomy; (4) have used antibiotics in the past 3 months and lasted for 3 days or more; (5) patients with moderate to severe renal impairment (serum creatinine > 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L), or abnormal liver function (ALT>2 times normal upper limit);Moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Patients with severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accident; (6) have taken drugs that can cause peripheral neuropathy, such as isoniazid litetrin, etc., with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic diseases; (7) suffering from serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; (8) suffering from tuberculosis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; (9) patients with severe diabetic complications, such as diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hypertonic diabetes, diabetic foot and severe retinopathy.
