Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Aged 55-85 years; 3. PSA 4-20ng/ml, accord with the index of prostate biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using 5a-RIs; 2. Urinary tract infrction within the past month; 3. Urinary tract operation within the past month; 4. Serious systemic disease.
