Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. those who meet the criteria of pathological diagnosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis in western medicine; 2. meet the diagnostic standard of "osteodystrophy" in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. menopausal women aged 45 to 70, with natural menopause for more than 1 year; 4. no other drug treatment or other relevant intervention measures for postmenopausal osteoporosis within 6 months; 5. patients are voluntary, informed consent, sign informed consent, and have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. except for women with abnormal lumbar anatomy (such as severe scoliosis); 2. eliminate the endocrine diseases (such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid cyst, etc.) that may cause secondary osteoporosis; 3. hysterectomy or ovariectomy; 4. the patients are complicated with cartilage disease, rheumatoid arthritis or other diseases that affect the dynamic balance of bone metabolism; 5. in the last three months, I have taken drugs that can interfere with bone metabolism (such as glucocorticoid, calcitonin, estrogen, etc.); 6. Patients with serious basic diseases and mental diseases; 7. drug or alcohol abuse; 8. female patients with mental disorders who can not cooperate with the treatment research program; 9. participants in other clinical trials.
