Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme" and patients diagnosed with new coronavirus infection; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe cases in the "Plan", namely: respiratory distress, RR >=30 times / min; Below, refers to oxygen saturation =18 years old; 4. those who have voluntarily signed informed consent.
