65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 to 75 years old; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patients can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Got encephalopathy or history of brain diseases; 2. Diagnosis of delirium grade<24 by MMSE or CAM; 3. Got nervous system disease and psychological illness include AD, stroke and mental illness; 4. Serious hearing disorder and visual impairment.
