Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. Gender limitation; 3. Patients must be able to sign informed consent and understand the possible risks of microecological intervention; 4. Be willing to provide stool and blood samples on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with dysphagia or gastrointestinal obstruction; 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, or with extremely low immunity, or with other diseases requiring systemic use of immunosuppressive drugs or hormone therapy; 3. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive or active hepatitis b or c infection; 4. Pregnant or nursing women; 5. After evaluation, the researcher believes that the study is not conducive to patients and is not suitable for other conditions of study participation.
