18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 schizophrenia; 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. Indications for MECT treatment; 4. Can cooperate to complete Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) / clinical global impression scale (CGI) / Autobiographical Memory Test (AMT) / Chinese version Repeatable Neuropsychological State Test (RBANS); 5. Obtain written informed consent of the patient or his legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with substance abuse or substance dependence; 2. Those who have received transcranial magnetic stimulation; 3. People who have suffered traumatic brain injury and caused coma; 4. Patients with severe physical illness; 5. Patients with mental retardation.
