Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old female; 2. A history of fertility or sexual activity 3. Meet the pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plan of the national health commission for new coronavirus infection (5th edition) and the diagnostic criteria of Hubei province: including clinical diagnosis and etiological diagnosis; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: Patients that the researchers determined not suitable for this study
