Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological result was hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2. Meet any of the following: a. With gross portal vein, hepatic vein, or bile duct cancer thrombus; b. Pathology indicates microvascular invasion (MVI) grade II (> 5 MVI, or MVI occurs in the area of liver tissue adjacent to distant cancer (> 1cm); c. Number of tumors >= 3 or single tumor diameter >= 5cm; d. Preoperative liver cancer rupture or liver cancer invasion of adjacent organs or tumor residues; 3. Understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. People who have had or are currently complicated by other malignancies; 3. Recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past month; 5. Patients with a mental illness; 6. Patients treated with other targeted drugs, immunotherapy such as PD1 antibodies, FOLFOX systemic chemotherapy, and Huaier granules after surgery; 7. Urinary routine reminds that patients with proteinuria> ++ will receive a 24-hour urine protein test, and the 24-hour urine protein will be> 1g.
