20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. be diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma firstly, and 1.5-5 years after radiotherapy; 2. aged between 20-70 years old; 3. compliance with doctors, and signing an informed concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of head and neck trauma, myasthenia gravis, progressive muscular dystrophy, dermatomyositis, periodic paralysis and other muscle history; (2) cardiopulmonary and renal failure; (3) those with consciousness or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment; (4) patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent chemotherapy; (5) refuse to sign the informed consent.
