Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Diagnosed of 2019-nCoV infection with "guideline of the diagnose and treatment of 2019-nCoV (tested the fourth edition)" published by National Health Committees of Peoples' Republic Country. 3. Failed by conventional treatment needing ECMO support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absolutely forbidden criteria for ECMO application
