Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of perilous placenta previa ; 2. Gestation >= 28 weeks, patients with intraoperative blood loss more than 1000 mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stillbirth; 2. Heterosexual erythrocytosis; 3. Pregnancy with systemic infection; 4. Sickle cell anemia; 5. Rhd-negative blood; 6. Severe primary diseases associated with cardiovascular, Cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems.
