18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-IV-TR major depression diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 20-45 years; 3. Right-handed; 4.17 items Hamilton Depression Scale score> 17 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous manic or hypomanic episodes; 2. Co-morbidity and other psychiatric disorders; 3. Alcohol and substance abuse history; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Contraindications to MRI scans; 6. Nervous system disease, brain trauma or other serious somatic diseases.
