Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 2020.02 to 2020.12 patients undergo elective abdominal surgery in our hospital; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged > 1 years old; 4. ASA: grade I-III; 5. There is no history of upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks before operation. 6. The subjects voluntarily participate in the study and will signe the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One-lung ventilation; 2. There were severe respiratory diseases before operation. 3. Preoperative tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy; 4. Evidence of severe cardiovascular, kidney, blood or liver disease;
