Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-75 years old, male or female; 2. Patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were not treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin, or patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with single drug (metformin) but had poor glucose control; 3. HbA1 6.3 to 10.5%; 4. Fasting c-peptide level >1 nmol/L; 5. Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes; 2. Patients with severe diabetic complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic hyperglycemia syndrome and lactic acidosis; 3. Patients with clinically significant hepatobiliary disease; 4. Patients with a history of kidney disease or nephropathy related characteristics; 5. Any acute cardio-cerebrovascular disease occurred within the last 12 weeks; 6. Gastrointestinal diseases or surgical history; 7. Pregnant women and nursing mothers; 8. Urinary tract infection within 2 weeks; 9. Lower limb microcirculation disorder or lower limb amputation history; 10. Subjects unable to comply with the protocol and patients with serious physical or psychological diseases that may affect the effectiveness or safety.
