Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese subjects aged >=65 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as NDMM according to IMWG diagnostic criteria; 3. Hemoglobin >=70g/L; 4. Neutral segmented grains >=1.5x10^9/L; 5. Platelet >=150x10^9/L; 6. ECOG <=2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Increased creatinine; 2. Positive urine protein; 3. Previous thrombotic events such as cerebral infarction and myocardial infarction; 4. Previous diagnosis of coronary heart disease, diabetes and other thrombosis prone events; 5. Previous serious diseases of the digestive system.
