Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First orthotopic liver transplantation; 2. Recipients are aged 18 to 60 years; 3. No severe infections SIRS/ARDS/MODS and cardio-cerebral-vascular adverse events occurred within one month before surgery and one week after LT; 4. Absence of early vascular complications after LT; 5. The graft has passed the preliminary evaluation by our OPO members. 6. Preservation method is SCS. 7. All the grafts were not Physically damaged and contaminated during the transfer. 8. Informed consents were signed by both the recipients and authorized immediate families of donors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative SIRS / ARDS / MODS and severe infections; 2. Vascular embolism (hepatic artery, portal vein, inferior vena cava) after operation; 3. Cardio-cerebral vascular adverse events and / or drug-induced liver injury occurred after surgery
