Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria of case group were as follows: 1. Single disease depression group: the first diagnosis was depression, which was in line with DSM-V diagnosis criteria of depression; 2. Single disease chronic pain group: the first diagnosis was chronic pain, which was in line with IASP diagnosis criteria; 3. Common disease group: 1 + 2 at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of case group: 1. With infection, trauma, surgery and other serious physical diseases; 2. With hepatitis, diabetes, serious hypertension and other endocrine and metabolic diseases; 3. With a history of major neurological diseases, brain trauma, major physical diseases; 4. With a history of drug or substance dependence.
