Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of NAFLD refers to the "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease diagnostic criteria" formulated by the fatty liver and alcoholic liver disease group of the Chinese Medical Association's Hepatology Branch in 2018; 2. The normal control group has no fatty liver or lipid deposition in both imaging examinations Performance, and no abnormalities in metabolic indicators such as overweight / obesity and glycolipids; 3. All subjects did not take antibiotics within 2-3 months, had no obvious cerebral microvascular disease; 4. No metal implants in the body, or no contraindications to MR examination; 5. Be willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past head injury or epilepsy history; 2. Metal implants, pacemakers or any other contraindications to MRI or rTMS; 3. Have a mental illness or are taking psychotropic drugs; 4. Recently used weight loss drugs or Very low-calorie diet; 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 6. Eating disorders or other dependence history, such as: alcohol, drugs, etc.; 7. Uncontrolled diabetes or unstable cardiovascular disease; 8. Abnormal brain MRI results Participants; 9. Overdrinkers; 10. Had a body weight fluctuation of more than 5% of their body weight in the past 3 months.
