22 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) moderate and severe chronic periodontitis, with PD of 5-8mm on both sides of the left and right maxillary teeth; 2) aged 20-55 years; 3) did not receive periodontal treatment in the last 6 months; 4) no topical or systemic antibiotics have been taken in the last 6 months; 5) there are more than 10 maxillary teeth except for wisdom teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) suffer from systemic disease, no pregnancy or lactation; 2) smoking and drinking.
