Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Extremely preterm infants (gestational age < 28 weeks); 2. Very preterm infants (gestational age 28 + 0-31 + 6 weeks) delivery in our hospital; 3. The parents sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The mother's factors: the mother's massive hemorrhage needs emergency rescue, the placenta or umbilical cord has serious abnormality; 2. The fetus's factors: the severe deformity that affects the effect of neonatal resuscitation, the person who needs immediate tracheal intubation and further resuscitation in the evaluation of birth. 3. All other situations that may maintain the safety of mothers and infants can be judged by the obstetrician and pediatrician on site whether they are included in this study.
