Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) the patient was diagnosed as non-obstructive azoospermia and failed to respond to conservative treatment; 2) receive m-tese patients in our hospital; 3) all patients enrolled in the prospective study had informed consent, and patients who had undergone surgery were exempted from informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) inoperable patients for various reasons, such as coagulation dysfunction.
