Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Carry out nursing practice activities in clinical departments; 2. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who took sick leave or personal leave for more than 2 months; 2. Participated in other similar studies at the same time.
