18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From 18 to 60 years of age; 2. Patients with third degree burn who have clear indication of operation and agree to skin grafting; 3. There was no contraindication before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected allergies to a-2 receptor agonists or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2.Chronic respiratory dysfunction with sinus bradycardia; 3. Impaired renal or liver function; 4. Regular use of sedatives or antidepressants; 5. Other respiratory burns and/or severe complex injuries; 6. Poor compliance.
