18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years, male; 2. CHH patients;That is, there is no secondary sexual sign development or secondary sexual sign dysplasia;Levels of LH and FSH are normally low or below normal, and testosterone is below normal (T < 6.1nmol/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypogonadism due to systemic disease or other causes (such as trauma); 2. GnRH pump spermicidal treatment was used before treatment; 3. Suffer from mental illness and can't cooperate well; 4. Severely impaired heart, liver and kidney function (grade 3-4, ALT and/or AST exceeding the normal upper limit by 1.5 times, Cr exceeding the normal upper limit); 5. Have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within three months.
